Christopher Bechtel, M.D. |​

Dr. Bechtel joined OrthoWest in 2024. He has been in practice in the Greater Cleveland area since 2016. He has extensive fellowship training in joint replacement including the direct anterior approach to hip replacement, partial & total knee replacement, and robotic surgery.

Dr. Coale has been in practice at the Southwest General Health Center since 2011 and is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and with Subspecialty Certification in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.

Dr. Lembach has been in practice at Southwest General Health Center Health Center since 2014 and is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has extensive specialized training in orthopaedic sports medicine.

​Dr. Panigutti has been in practice at Southwest General Health Center since 1999 and is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has extensive experience in joint arthroplasty.

William Petersilge, M.D. |

Dr. Petersilge has been in practice at Southwest General Health Center since 2023. He previously worked at University Hospitals from 1990 through 2022. Dr. Petersilge joins OrthoWest and returns to Southwest General Health Center as during his time with University Hospitals he did serve SWGH early in his career.

Nikki has been in practice at Southwest General Health Center since 2019. Nikki has extensive experience in all areas of orthopaedic surgery from the operating room to the clinic.
